She now provides compassionate care for families at her office conveniently located inside the Medical Office Building in Gulf Breeze located behind Gulf Breeze Hospital. Meet your Doctor

What led you to become a doctor or choose your focus of medicine?
I like people and science.

What about your line of work defined the most rewarding and why?
Helping people through illnesses and seeing them get better

What is something about you that only your patients would know?
Some of my patients know that my mother died of colon cancer at age 53 and my father and I looked after her at home for the last six months of her life with the help of hospice.

How would a patient describe you?
Taking care of business.

What's your proudest moment as a doctor?
When you know you have saved someone's life by what you have done.

In your opinion, what's most important factor in the doctor-patient relationship?
Working together.

What can a patient expect when they have you for a doctor?
I will do my best for them. I will try and educate them about their problems and all the options available.

What do you find most encouraging about the work you do?
Being able to help people at important times of their lives.

What are your top priorities with every patient you see?
Trying to educate patients in how to take care of themselves and trying to give them resources to do this.
